NGO/Companies have initiated a unique concept of linking women’s health with their livelihood at various rural locations by establishing Sanitary Napkin Units, in further to that even in the most remote location like including South Bastar & Malkangiri have also been sanctified by establishing Sanitary Napkin Unit. This has provided livelihood opportunity for many rural/tribal women coming from unreached region. In this context, some relevant findings were echoed by a 2011 survey by AC Nielsen, commissioned by the Indian government, which found that only 12% of women across India use sanitary pads. It was shocking to learn that women not only use old rags, but also use other unhygienic substances such as sand, sawdust, leaves and even ash. Women who do use cloths are often too embarrassed to dry them in the sun, which means they don't get disinfected. Approximately 70% of all reproductive diseases in India are caused by poor menstrual hygiene, which can also maternal mortality.

Girls and women in resource-poor settings often lack access to sanitary pads, and the consequences they suffer as a result have only recently begun to receive serious attention. We’re often asked, “Why sanitary pads? Is it really that significant a problem?” The answer is yes: for countless girls and women, sanitary pads are an unaffordable luxury. 

Among the thousands of girls most explained that they were forced to resort to unsanitary and sometimes unsafe measures to meet their needs. These include retrieving and recycling used disposable pads and improvising makeshift pads from old clothes, rags, newspapers, bits of mattress, and other readily available materials. The lack of affordable sanitary pads has been widely cited as one of the key obstacles to regular school attendance among adolescent girls.

The Initiatives taken by Government, NGO & Companies through their CSR module are trying to emerge the society by keeping safe & hygiene practices on Periods.

Deep down the heart, I heard your voice,

It was me alone, no one arrive, the cushions crushes me,

Awkward Silence poses me horrified,

I thought of calling you, the same I do every night.

But it was May 27, of that night,

The things changed lot much before some nights,

I

t was now, only me who misses those days and night,

I felt insane, for realization that sight,

I stroke my mind, but heart couldn't realized,

It was all end of our relation so wide and bright.

I pushed a stone in my heart on that night,

Black and Black mind, revised your memories all night,

The gnashed of face and beauty of lie,

Smell of your, had made me slave for you all life.

It is two years, but even today I re-memorize,

God grace you, with all love of mine.

The traditional source of social work practices have to change by which one could get better defined both the party, for comfort practices of corporate social responsibility (c.s.r.) .acc to the government , its mandatory to practice c.s.r. for the corporate , now the innovation is that , what is new in this concept , according to definition of company they are very keen in only gaining the profit , now we also knew that , c.s.r. doesn’t give them an area of profit for corporate .

                   this make me to think to in which we can provide an both role to follow and by which can do practice social responsibility and as well as profit for the company , this give an birth with an new concept known as corporate social advertisement .

                      In c.s.a. it will  practice c.s.r. fund of company ,mandatory way by which they can get free advertisement for their work , we knew M.N.C. are paying cores of money in the field of advertisement , we can make program value added feature with the advertisement then it will surely give us an optimistic output .

Key role of c.s.a are -:

1.     Value added program for company.

2.     Funding on the approach of C.S.R. & other relevant fund.

3.     C.S.A. practices should be make an program on the giving more reference  for the company

4.     Its mandatory to give output to the company in C.S.A practice.

It is a small innovation, I am planning on the trial base we will work with some of the company of Indore, let hope for the best ….

How true this statement could to be say “India is shining”? What is the

Framework of any policy which referring to reconcile the basic enmities of

the people, though government as well as our own public thinks that India

is shining.

1.India according to U.N.O. report of latest version have been slipped from

development rate in our country ..

census India has managed to achieve an effective literacy rate of 74.04

per cent in 2011. In the 2001 census, the country's literacy rate stood at

64.8 percent. The most notable thing that came across in the 2011 census

is the sharp rise in the literacy of females over males.

But do you knew what is indicator of literacy??

The person who is able to knew the alphabet and numerical, he/she is literate.

Prestigious, now but by latest survey done by Q.s usa. you cant even

Imagine in top 200 rank our reputed university doesn’t placed, the closest

them was 212 IIT Delhi ,227 IIT Mumbai,278 IIT Kanpur respectively . 

What is that? Still I am asking

4. democracy-: WE are citizen of the biggest democratic follower nation,

Is it true, yes it is true, according to me class teacher of 3^rd grade its true,

But practically when I saw the news in the telivison, my teacher teaching

Became false, as because I saw some one in MUMBAI thinks its not

Worthy to make settle or to live for his livelihood who comes from the area

Of north India .wow alasss..Is it some were written in constitution? I

Guess No, though he is opposing in a wide panel...Isn’t it?

*our ambani & Tata corporate became more richer ?

We are still service provider in the sector of I.T. consult, the IT giants like

Infosys & t.c.s. are less interested in dealing with new research and

Development, so thinking or having mentality likes that by service

Provider we can lead in the sector of IT is also not applicable, we are totally

Based up with USA and other European service provider .

The top most 500 family of India decides the g.d.p. rate of India

we are not suitable for g.d.p. growth

Corruption is like we are best in them ,no competition at all .isn’t ?

CORPORATE Social Responsibility can became a Mobilizing role for COMMUNITY

The condition of BASTAR is truly pathetic as day by day we are seeing the worst temper in region as it was all thought work me as an professional social work to implement some scientific look sight of the problem and to rectified. My major look out is rehabilitation process program which should float, to out come as an relief in the region , which is effected by certain disaster .

Educational fronts :- The important aspects ,  looking in the area for the rehabilitation is educational sector .the lack of educational dimension of the area is too weak in the region , the rural poor is poke the limiest need of the development in the region  , the urgent need of the concept of “value added educational” . the sector like sukma , konta , bijapur and narayanpur is extremely effected belt region , which needed major transformation for the mode of educational streams, they should be joined with the main stream as to give an better output . the companies like “ national mineral development corporations should follow some serious practice of the corporate social responsibility (C.S.R.) in the region of Bastar.

The profit in the region from last few decades for the company would be in billion , but its time to start up to give some thing to that area by practicing (C.S.R)
